Target.com has this as the PC/Mac version. There's only the PC version in the store?
Computer Platform Compatibility: Windows XP, Windows 7, Mac OS X 10.5.8, Windows Vista
Online Item #: 13950581
Store Item Number (DPCI): 207-28-0576
Is it true it doesn't import Fidelity data?

If you read the description the Premium version makes it appear you may need it for a Schedule C by their wording. The wording is "includes Schedule C guidance". Seems to be a little play on words to get you to by the more expensive version.
It must be some type of a more guided or detailed part of the program that is not in Deluxe, maybe similar to a deduction finder feature.
Deluxe does do Schedule C without a problem and very easily. Everything is in there including vehicle expenses, depreciation Self Employment tax etc.
Here is a list of supported forms right from Block's description.
Common IRS forms and schedules:
Form 1040 Individual Income Tax Return
Form 1040A Individual Income Tax Return
Form 1040EZ Income Tax Return for Single and Joint Filers
