Front panel usb connectors are usb 2.0 which may or may not matter to you. If your mother board has a usb 3.0 header on it (i.e. internal, not "rear usb 3.0 port") then your case will prevent you from making use of those [higher speed] usb connections.
And, as always, double check and make sure your video card will fit.

Meh.. It's an ok case, could probably use a vent on the side for the graphics card. Downside is it only comes with 1 fan preinstalled. I think I'd rather go with something like this which costs a bit more but comes with 2 more fans which you'd have to add to this case anyhow. I could do without the blue led on the Rosewill though...
I'm not TD it.. just saying, it's an ok deal.. not fp worthy imo. At $25 it would be a slick deal and definitely worth the rebate hassle.
