|bootlucky||I'm having problems too. I ordered 2 iottie car mounts on 11/07/13 and the order is still processing. I sent an e-mail on 12/05 asking what the deal was. I plan on calling my credit card today and claiming telling them to cancel the charges.|

I ordered a phone from them, and tried to cancel. Their phone number says they are on vacation, and no responses to emails.
I initiated a complaint with my cc company, but they said I should wait 15 days....
I will not trust them again, even for cheap stuff.

They do not communicate, They are sloooowwww shipping if they ship and if you have a problem....good luck.
Ordered iphone cases on 10/30/13 sent emails with no response. Started resolution with paypal. They submitted info and said they shipped. Ordered 2 cases received one on 12/3/2013. Submitted claim to paypal. Never, never again......
By the way they advertised the same case today, yet they still have not shipped from 10/30.
I tried them because I thought they were better.......haha

Just a followup on my post on the 11/15.
Well i have emailed them again and they still have not responded. Today I asked them to cancel my order and I still have not heard anything back from 1SaleADay.
I placed the order in 10/30 (the day before Halloween) . It is now 11/19. Twenty days and no response from several emails. Terrible company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I had to post this somewhere because of the response I received when I asked 1SaleADay where my order was.
Ok. So here is what I saw on my end:
On November 2 I placed my order, November 4th I received notification that a UPS label had been created and I should see tracking information within 72 hours and that I would receive my product on the 12th. On November 10th there had been no movement in tracking so I emailed 1SaleADay to ask if I was still on track to receive my product on November 12th. I received an auto reply that I would hear something back within 3 business days. On the 12th I did not receive my product but the tracking information did finally say it had left their warehouse that day and I would have my product by the 20th. I still had not heard back from my email by the 14th and was irritated that it seemed to me like someone forgot to send my shipment until they read my email and then just slid it out the door with no contact so I hunted down a phone number and spoke with a customer service rep. Here was her email reply after she spoke with the shipping dept...

We are very sorry for the delay and inconvenience you have experienced with your order and can certainly understand your concern with the tracking information.
After reviewing the details of this order, it appears to have been some errors with the tracking information from the carrier. The item was scheduled to ship within 2 weeks from the day the order was placed which would be 11/16/2013. The shipping department attempted to ship the order earlier than expected by created the shipping label for UPS and had the package ready to be picked up. Unfortunately the order was picked up a couple days after the tracking information was provided causing the delivery date to change by some days and we apologize.
Your package is now in transit and your tracking number is active.

The party is over and done; no movie. We're over it.
The price at 1saleaday was what intrigued me... and I got bit in the butt.
If they notified me via e-mail of the cancellation, I'd have had the time to second-source.
Oh, I'll but LOTS of gifts this year, just not from 1SAD; I haven't been back to visit them since this incident.
Agreed; I have had GREAT service from B&H and Amazon.

I ordered an inexpensive video camera from 1saleaday. I went home and told my wife that we had a camcorder on the way... we had a need coming up.
One month later, I got in touch with 1saleaday to find out when I might expect my camera.
They said that they cancelled my order.
They never notified me... and I decided, at that moment, that I was done with 1saleaday.
I felt pretty foolish trying to explain that to my sweetie... and missed the opportunity to film my youngest granddaughter's first birthday party.

|bonkman||I've ordered a microSD card from them and a Jorg Gray watch (both new). Each took about 1-2 weeks to arrive (I live in MA) but both work great and were excellent prices. I'm happy with them, though I would not trust them with something you need immediately.|

To the people saying that they got their stuff on time and had no issues i will say that you guys lucked out. Keep buying and you will experience what others are saying. Slow shipping times and then no customer service at all.
Someone else said that this site is good and i agree for cheap stuff maybe top $40 but not for anything else. Also don't buy anything that you plan to gift away because their shipping is so unreliable it might take months to receive.
Also their "NEW" items comes really open boxed and even used in some cases. Don't buy "manufacturer re-certified" items those are used and not re-certified by anybody it's just a fancy name for an used item.
I got them pretty good once for like $400 worth of cheap tables. Half of them didn't work and they gave me the run around not wanting them back and i filled a case with Paypal and got all my money back and kept the good tables. That was my last time spending any good amount of money on them. After that i bought a cheap "new" mouse and got it "on time" 3 weeks later.

I have ordered from them before with no problem. Then I ordered a watch which was to come in 10 days. 4 days after the ten days I planned to spend the summer at another location. When it did not come with in the ten days they still wanted to send the watch to the address I would not be at for months. Then they still didn't know when I would receive the watch. I suggested if you send it to an address you know I am not at, you are just going to have to send UPS back to pick it up. They didn't care. My credit card company said they would provide charge back in full if it is mailed to the address I would not be at. Once again, 1saleaday didn't care if they ended up eating the cost because they sent it to the address I wasn't at. I finally researched them and found there real name is:

I called them and finally found a person who did not hang up on me and who understood they really did not want to send to an address where I wouldn't get the product. Still do not know when it will ship, but they assured me they would ship to the address I will be at or give the money back.
When a problem arises with this company, they are impossible to deal with. You email the invoice number and they return the email asking what the order number is. Then wait another 72 hours for them to respond. Louis ended up hanging up on me and would follow the chargeback rules. Once it went past the ten days shipping, the deal was dead unless acceptable to me to extend the time. I have pulled the plug on these people and the other names they operate under.
