In short, Canon will honor the 1-year warranty on the Fry's unit but NOT on the eBay unit.

Ebay has the same deal for $652 dollars. Not sure what the tax is within your state/county, but you can save on the Recycling fee if you're in CA

Don't be let down with lack of video autofocus on the T3i. Even on the T4i that has the feature - it doesn't really work well at all.

My parents had just purchased this camera. I was trying it out today, and the autofocus for still pictures is incredibly faster with the LCD off. Why would that be?
The pictures look very good either way, but that just seems so odd. I remember reading messages stating that, but I didn't expect the difference in speed to be so big.
One thing I don't like is the video mode not autofocusing.
