|littyboy||Just received my order of MX shirts from last week. I noticed the tags are different from when I lost ordered a few months ago. Hopefully their quality is too lol.|

When I first had worked there many years back, they only had the Classic and Modern Fit which wasn't slim enough for my taste. I had started working at Guess? where their clothing at the time was cut slimmer (and much more tasteful for the menswear), and so I started wearing their Marciano and Black Label line.
In the last couple of years however, Express introduced their Slim Fit line for their shirts (and now even their Extra Slim) which actually fit quite well. I enjoy the fitment of a Small in their Slim Fit line, however I usually put it through one cold wash and dry it on low heat just to shrink it a tad. After that the shoulders, side taper, and the chest fit just a bit better. The only thing I would change about the fitment however is the sleeve width and length, they usually aren't long enough for my arms and don't have enough of a taper. It doesn't bother me much however, since I generally wear my sleeves rolled up.
Anyone that is concerned with the color fading or the wrinkles in the material, should try hang /flat drying. That generally will help minimize color fade. As for wrinkles, I've only noticed wrinkling being exaggerated on the 1MX and MK2 when they use their cotton stretch. I was excited when they released their Photographer line of dress pants, but they also have the same wrinkling issue with the cotton stretch.
As an alternative to Express shirts in a B&M type store there isn't much that I've found that are reasonable in price with the same fitment. The closest thing that I've experienced to have the best off the rack fit with good quality and price range is probably Zara. The stores are far and few compared to Express, but it's a european brand, so the cut of their clothing is almost perfect for what I look for. Given the fact that it is a european brand, there is always the weird items that stand out in their collection, but they have great staple items if you are looking for a nice modern suit and shirt.
Check out the site if you are curious over at zara.com, but don't be fooled by the pictures, the models they use are super skinny. For anyone with a slight athletic build will appreciate the fitment of their clothing off the rack. Also, I have a two pairs of their pants and they almost never need to be ironed unless I really want it to have that super sharp crease.

And I've never heard of vinegar + baking soda as a regiment...seems like it would not really do much. The remaining end product of that reaction is sodium acetate, which is a weak buffer. That could help stabilize the internal pH of your insides, but given the amount that you would have to consume...i'm skeptical at least that 1 teaspoon won't do anything.

I only wear Express Editor pants for work as they are one of the cuts that actually fit me right and the pants last me for years. In the recent years they make the majority of them in a very unflattering wide waistband cut. They hardly have any colors in the classic waistband, I already own them all.
Went to the store hoping to use the coupon, no luck as the only thing they had was a pair in my size an eggplant color marked from $69.50 to $39.99. I didn't need anything else and the coupon wasn't good towards red lines.

I used to be a regular @ Express Men when I was 25. I'm 31 now, and their clothing no longer appeals to me.
I get my dress shirts at Brooks Brothers, I think their pants are flimsy and not as flattering as stuff I can buy @ Banana Republic, their graphic tees used to be cooler, but still, the graphics on them spout gibberish most of the time that doesn't make any sense.
Honestly, Old Navy's been pumping out better graphic tees. Ha.
