anyone know of any promo codes? there's a place to input one at checkout.
when I got to the checkout screen I saw they waived the $36 per line activation fee. I'm not a Sprint customer btw.

|wicked2k9||does anyone know if you're able to qualify for the Amex card if you buy from ebay best buy website?? the fine print says the phone must be bought online.Im assuming they mean sprint.com website, but the fine print only says "online" it doest specify where online to buy it from, TIA.|

I don't really have any real reasons to complain about with Sprint in Kansas City. The LTE coverage could be a better but its pretty decent. The main reason i use 3G more than LTE is because leaving the LTE modem on seems to kill my GS3's battery much faster.. and the 3G here is pretty sufficient except for when i tether or something. I'm not a REALLY heavy user of data but i do like to stream spotify while im driving.
Anyways, just my 2cents in the midst of all of the (justified) sprint hate.

|AsbestosPudding||Sprint's service is slightly above average here in Cincinnati. TRULY unlimited data and free calling to any mobile carrier keeps me around. Plus they gave me a $100 bill credit per line and let me keep upgrade eligibility for re-upping. As long as LTE gets here by the end of the year I'll be ok with it. From what I've read online, Sprint's LTE is extraordinarily fast.|

everyone I know, ATT or Verizon have %1000 times better speed/reception than I do.
I have the iPhone, but it minds well be a freakin iPod.
My service is so bad, I have to have a freakin airRave in my house to use my phone ( which relies on power/internet), so if power goes out or internet, I am screwed with no phone.
SPRINT IS NO DIFFERENT THAN A DECADE AGO, service was so poor for me in Chicago, I wouldn't get my friends voicemails they left for me on Saturday, until Monday.
JUST SEARCH SPRINT FORUMS, YOU WILL RECONSIDER. JUST TRYING TO SAVE OTHER PEOPLE PAIN I AM GOING THROUGH.

Twelve year Sprint HOSTAGE here and HATE THEM!!!!!!! We have 4 lines and a discount plan, pay only $136 a month with unlimited everything and I can't wait until August 28th to jump ship. That's when my youngest son's line will no longer be under contract; the other 3 expired early this year.
In the past year we have had more dropped calls than imaginable, our phones constantly roam (and kill the batteries), because service is so poor in our area now. We used to get 4-5 bars in our house but now I have to walk out on my back patio to even get one. My son just left for college this week and he has to go outside of his apartment to call me, and even then, his phone breaks up a lot.
I've been told they are updating the towers, the towers are down, the phones need upgrading ... you name it, every lie in the book. Nothing has changed. Well .... it's gotten worse, I guess that's change for ya.
Their customer service is the absolute worst! Worse than Walmart and that's pretty bad around here.
We're jumping to Verizon in a few weeks. Yeah, I'll be paying almost $150 more a month and that's with no data but hey ... anything is better than the enema we've been getting from Sprint all these years.
