|JackRabit||Received both rebate cards, so $14.99 x 2. Slickest deal of year.|

I know I've set out the goal of $14.99 or bust, but so far I'm 0 for 3 in chats.
I'll take the drive for a test drive and then return it to Amazon if I run out of luck/patience. I know this is a price mistake but to completely deny it or come to a compromise is so unlike Amazon from back in the days.
Btw this deal is dead now. $74.99/$84.99 after rebate. Looks like they still have that stupid glitch!
*Update: I'm a bit of a sellout and settled for a $30 order credit, which is close to cash to me. So all in all, $24.99AR for a 128gb SSD that has a bad rep. Oh well I'll install this puppy today and see how it works!

My drive came in today and I put it in my 2nd gen i5 HP dm4 laptop. I started the minimized recovery and was reading some of the bad reviews thinking.. surely they can't all be bad. About half way through the recovery I got an error saying the destination drive is no longer connected. Rebooting got me "BOOTMGR is missing" like other reviews stated.
Oh well. I guess it's going back. Maybe it's a good thing I got a $20 promo credit rather than a refund since I'm returning this. Luckily I jumped on the $79.99 128GB m4 deal from Amazon too. I'll use that rather than exchanging this OCZ. I'm back to my stock Hitachi drive while I wait for the Crucial drive to come in. Bummer. $35 AR was killer!
Good luck to everyone else! Surely they aren't all bad........ right?

|manfromnowhere||Got my $20 "promotional credit" - a refund would have been better but I spend so much on Amazon it's like cash anyway. I bought it when it said $34.99 AR so I didn't want to be greedy and push for the $14.99 AR price. Now to see if the drive actually works! Sooooo many bad reviews..|
