|Lovi||Boyfriend just bought 4 sets of them! 2 for me and 2 for him; $25.95.|

|MosquitoBait||After some usage, I think anybody who bought them at full price is a complete idiot. The Zen Magnets video trashing their quality is sadly accurate; $5 is about all Buckyballs are worth.|

|HofstraJet||Just got an email about them being discontinued. Too bad they aren't discounted now that they are discontinued. I would have bought a few more for $5.|

Buckyballs are no more...
"Due to baseless and relentless legal badgering by a certain four letter government agency, it’s time to bid a fond farewell to the world's most popular adult desktoys, Buckyballs and Buckycubes. There are a few thousand sets left in stock but act fast; once they’re gone, they’re gone for good. And don’t panic, ballers! There’s still plenty of fun to be had with Buckybars, Bucky Bigs, & More! www.getbuckyballs.com"

|isp3p||Bought 2, imeadiately regret pulling the trigger. Oh well, maybe I won't just use them for 20 mins and then put them in a drawer for 20 years.|

I am not please with your resolution to this problem. It is not like you were OOS when I ordered. You messed up my order and sent me the wrong order. I had ordered multiple sets of certain colors since I don't believe the smaller set are as useful to make complicated designs. I was also taking into consideration your flat rate shipping into my purchase. You obviously still have plenty of balls in stock. I would think that you would either replace my order with the larger sets or send me loose balls. I have ordered from you several times in the past (usually at the retail cost). I will not be ordering from you again if this is your final resolution to this problem. I am also considering asking for a full refund and returning Mr Wilkinson's order.
I tried not to laugh when I asked them to send me loose balls.

Messed up order
So I finally got my order. I ordered 8 sets of different colors. 6 total different colors. I got someone else order. He had ordered 4 sets. I emailed BB. Of the 4 I received, they are the same as the colors I had ordered. BB refunded me $20.00 and is not shipping out the rest of my order. My main problem is that I ordered multiples of the same color since I don't think these sets have enough balls in them. I also considered the flat shipping into my cost. I would like to get the rest of my order but BB said that they are OOS. Any ideas on what I can do. I am considering returning the entire order and asking for a full refund.

These balls follow the same magnetic principle. One end of magnets acts as North pole and another as south pole. Similar poles of magnets repel each other and opposite poles attract each other. Since, this magnet is in form of a ball, you can imagine a thread going through the middle of the ball. One end of that thread acts as North pole and another as South. If two balls are not sticking together that may be because similar poles are facing each other. All you have to do is rotate the ball and they should stick.
It takes some time to get used to it. For me, the most trouble was forming a square.
