Arkham Asylum was OK but I think Arkham City was better overall. There's more challenges to complete and you can play with the two other DLC characters.
Currently playing XCOM and loving it.

Translation: instant gratification now so you can take it up the *** from companies later.
I've personally had terrible experience with securom/solidshield/tages etc.. which is why I'm so strongly against them. If you haven't good on you, but no need to belittle those who have and refuse to install viruses on their machines just to play games. I guess if all you do is browse and look at pron when you aren't playing games, then maybe this doesn't matter to you.
And it's irrelevant how "good" a game is. There are practical considerations here, in addition to matters of principle. My opposition grew out of my terrible experience with DRM schemes. So principle is based on experience. They fooled me once. You fool me, you can't be fooled again. But seriously, I've tried giving DRM schemes benefit of the doubt and they've always at best had a detrimental impact on my computer performance.
Akham Asylum was fun at the start, but got tedious by the end. I wouldn't rank them as that over-the-top awesome and certainly not enough to counteract having to install a rootkit virus to play them. If you want to play them that bad, get the console versions.

|SwagCaillou||I don't understand. What is wrong with the $7.50 version of Battlefield 3? Is the premium version just DLC or is premium like the full game or something?|

|bizzy31||To the people who haven't tried the Batman games yet, don't let the morons crying about DRM stop you from trying it. These two titles are awesome and DRM has never stopped me from playing any game. I've had no problems whatsoever and highly recommend picking them up, there's a reason they're rated so well.|

|cadzilla74||Got the Batman Pack and no hassles activating on Steam. OCTOFUN1 code seems to be dead. Was bummed about being late to this party. Wanted to get Vessel as well but Amazon and Steam both selling it for $14.99 now instead of 5 bucks.|

Dear God is it a PITA to start playing Arkham City for the first time. Log into Steam (not that hard), enter activation code, download game, launch game, enter other activation code that steam gives into the DRM software, download Xbox live update, log into Windows Games Live (I think it had me re-enter the activation code that steam gave again), start game and play.
Versus all my other games where I just hit launch and I can play right away.
Good game, great price, PITA to launch first time comparatively but these are all first world problems.

I just think that the GFWL integration in the Batman games would be too hard/annoying to remove and the EA Battlelog stuff might not be something GoG wants to deal with.
