After 30min chating with them, the best they can do is $20 off... not $30 off, which is what I paid a month ago before they f-ed up the order.
After telling her just to forget it, she came back with a $30 off deal.
So in the end I still got what I should have gotten in first place, a month ago before they f-ed up the order. I just had to waist 30min of my life with a CS person to get there.
Sears Roebuck and Co., what a joke of a company...

Purchased the GearWrench 2 pc. Cushion Grip Roto Ratchet Set on October 08, 2012 waited 20 days with no updates until I checked the site today only to see that it says 'Cancelled on October 29, 2012'.
Contacted customer service and they tell me that the cancelled it because it's out of stock.
Asked her why it took 20 days to tell me that and without even sending me an email.
Tells me that there are no back orders.\
Then she asked me to pick it up 50 miles away.
And then when I told her that I won't drive 50miles since it's not my fualt that they f-ed up, she tells me that they can ship it but I'll have to rebuy it at the full price.
Which is $59.99 vs $29.99.
Since I was nice, she states, she will gave me free shipping...
Wow, what a company!

|theOriginalGuru||I got the 56 PC ratcheting screwdriver set today... really, really impressed. the chrome quality is top notch. the grip of the screw driver handle fits my hands comfortably both right and left handed. the flex shaft is one of the best I've used with a static grip shield so the shaft can rotate while holding the shaft in place. all the other shafts have a high quality knurl on them that provides better grip, but not so rough like some poor grade attempts of knurling a tool. the quality of the sockets is better than any craftsman stuff I have. really happy with this set...|

|cke-gt||Gentlemen, I would just like to chime in about the Micro-Driver Set. At $12.49, it is quite a deal. I bought one the last time it was on sale, and I've found it to be lifesaver for a few tight jobs that I've run into. I think everybody should have one. Carry on with your Made in China flame war.|

I had a 4 ft hollow plumbing supply line steel pipe laying at the side of the garage and hooked it to the end handle piece of the 18" 1/2" drive breaker bar... as I pressed down, I could see and feel the breaker bar kind of bend (old, made in USA Craftman 18" T-Handle, 1/2 drive attached to a 19 or 22mm socket)....with that much leverage, I still had to press down really hard on the pipe, then it finally broke loose the bolt. I'm not huge, but I do work out and lift weights daily... the bolt was just seized on there. Going back on I used anti-seize but have since sold that car.
