|prankies||Impressive soundstage for IEMs, and much better than I expected for gaming at $13. Unfortunately the build quality is garbage (just as the reviews would have you believe). After only about a week of use, the right earpiece is already shorting out/frayed. Have to return for a refund.|

They sounded very nice back then but they are surely beaten by the fx40s both in clarity and quality of the bass (not muffled).
Ive tried other silicone inserts from another pair of IEMs but it didnt work as well as the original fx40 silicone inserts. The fx40 inserts have a wider sound opening that let out more sound (sounding better); changing to inserts that have smaller opening really decreases their sq (sounding less full). I also prefer using silicone inserts as they do not degrade over time with use like foam. The fx40 are the priciest iems i own, so I really don't think i will be upgrading to ones that cost even a lot more.

|JoshMcMadMac||I bought a pair of these (sans headset) the last time it was posted here. They lasted a few runs before the right side went dead and they got returned. I will give these one more shot, as they do sound pretty decent for what they are and the headset could be useful.|
