Walmart has the same for $24.00+tax. I can see if you are saving 25%-50% but this is only a few % at most.

Quilted Northern is soft and fluffy but it does not flush in my toilet and it constantly leaves lint or paper residue on my booty... LOL (sorry tmi)...
Gotta have to pass.. but thank you for posting the deal... wish i can use it...

These TP deals are mediocre. Punchline: Target in-store $13.28 + Tax for 30 Cottenelle Ultra rolls. YMMV
Target by me (STL) has Cottenelle Ultra 30-pack at temp price reduction of $14.98, plus a $1 in-store coupon on packages of Cottenelle TP (works on any Cottenelle).
Total $13.98+tax. -5% if you use redcard, checked and it's $17.99 online so you have to go in-store.
In-store $13.28 + Tax for 30 rolls. YMMV
Cottenelle U is far better than Kirkland, Cottenelle Clean n Care or NW in my opinion.

I just got back from Costco and the Kirkland brand toilet paper is a better deal.
Also, the OP's 3-ply tissue might clog certain toilets.

|TMack23||Wal-Mart has the 24-Pack for $11.94. Not much of a screaming deal there.|

|Stonesour025||Is the MC code one-time use for all offers? I used it 2 weeks ago, and when I try using it for this deal it says "The promotional code you entered cannot be applied to your purchase."|

Repped for $19.35
MY ANGUS IS READY...

Cancelled my order priced at $23 and re-ordered at $19 (didn't notice the 10% Mastercard promo until today). My order didn't even have an estimated shipping date when I cancelled it, but I don't mind waiting a few weeks for it to arrive. Pretty decent deal, and no more worrying about running out of TP.
Thanks OP, repped +4
