Had to jump in here. I also prefer an 8' table for BP, you always have some slob trying to inch up and if you inch up your gonna have a bad time.
this is a good deal though, if you put them end to end u have a 10' table for some 45 cup

The response is a little late, because I picked up the table already and managed to transport it in my TSX with the seats folded flat.
I prefer real ping pong, so I have a table. Now that I have youngsters as roommates, it gets fairly regular use as a beer pong table too.

|rdub92||Target sells these, but they fold in half and are 6 feet long for about the same price every day, if anyone is looking for something similar.|

Hey check my post above. The ball bounces on the lifetime table easily. The plastic has divots on the bottom like a golf ball that connect to the underside of the top giving it support. Its not as good as a actual ping pong table, but def works good enough.

You can, but then you have to go back and forth for defense vs offense. It's doable, but not ideal, and definitely not preferred if you're seeking to purchase a table for beer pong. If you already have one, then you make do. But to seek out a short hollow table thinking it's going to be your beer pong table... well, you and your guests will be disappointing.

Much better deal in "my" opinion: http://slickdeals.net/f/5334622-LIFETIME-PRODUCTS-72-in-x-30-in-Rectangular-Steel-Folding-Table-42-or-less-with-free-instore-pickup-Lowes-Heavy-Duty?p=53948316
very heavy duty (commercial grade)
Fold In Half
6' instead of 5'

Does anyone know the actual dimensions L x W x H?
I could not find it on the product page.

A moot point if the above comment about the ball not bouncing on the hollow table top is true.
