The company is unstable right now and looks to be going down.
for several reasons, two of which i listed.
this has the potential impact for being a customer service/warranty nightmare for those who have problems.

On paper, the Agility 3 is faster, but the Agility 4 deals better with incompressible data.

He was convicted of a felony = a "convicted felon." See for yourself [idcourts.us]It was later reduced to a misdemeanor after he convinced some judge that he had turned his life around. He bought the OCZ name from OverClockerZ Store and began marketing like crazy.

|TheGame21x||I was burned on an OCZ Agility 4 drive very recently which I had to RMA (since I couldn't just return the thing and get my money back) so I'm extremely wary of OCZ drives now. As much as I think a 512GB drive would be pretty amazing, I can't recommend this.|
