Man I jumped through so many hoops with the CSR rep on chat and then his Manager. He tried everything to say it was invalid. I called him out on all of that, and he finally relented, but instead of saying it was valid, he said he would process it as a "one time courtesy", so in lawyer speak not admitting fault but processing it anyway. I might post the chat transcript later if anyone wants to see it, but I was pretty lively in my chat.
The rebate still says invalid, but I imagine it might take a little while to update their website. How long did it take you all to show from invalid back to valid?

|jj2001||I got the same "invalid" status for the reason of not combining with other promo. Did an online chat with Ralph, and was told can't be combined with Staples promotion while admitting that the rebate term was not clear and it was not my fault. I was given an "one-time courtersy" from the rep. Now my rebate is showing as VALID. Finger crossing now. My suggestion is to do online chat and tell the rep that the T&C is not clear. Good luck to the fighting.|

Inquired online about invalid Keurig rebate. Got this response:

Wow, didn't realize everyone else was also getting their rebates invalidated. I first got my valid status last week, but when I checked last night it said invalid because of the "not combinable with other offers". I sent them an email last night and already got a reply this morning that there was a system error and my rebate was now valid.
I used the email link directly from the rebate page on the Keurig site and picked the first option about the rebate being invalid. Didn't even write any comments. Maybe try this route instead of chat?

This is the worst rebate I've ever dealth with. Clearly, the rebate amount for each offer is completely different ($26 vs. $25) and no exclusion for Staples purchases on the form. If there are a lot of people fighting, they probably back down.
Edit: You may file a complaint against Parago. Dallas BBB will handle this.
Also I have a feeling that somehow the upper-level management is manually handling these rebates because they all first showed as valid and then later changed to invalid. So for sure the the original T&C did not exclude Staples purchases but Parago just decided to exclude Staples purchases manually.

Did you buy 2 in one receipt? Anyways they invalidated my rebate because "this promotion is not combinable with the other promotion". BBB complaint did not bug them.

I filed a complaint with BBB and have not heard anything back yet. I don't know why Parago was so jerky in this case. Probably they will even ignore the complaint.
