I just did the double dip today. I had no issue getting the business card and the personal. It did require a phone call for the business card but other than that it was smooth sailing.
Now it just figuring out when to make the purchases for January post

The fees and account limits for Amazon Payments Accounts appear below. Fees are based on a percentage of the transaction amount plus a per-transaction fee. The transaction amount is the total cost for the items, plus shipping and any taxes, minus any promotional discounts. Account limits are determined, in part, based on the verification steps you've completed for your account. There are no fees for sending payments using Amazon Payments.
As for receiving, since you are sending it via "goods/services", I believe this is equivalent to paypal's "gifting" option. Either way ... ive done it a few times in the past 2 weeks. Unless they recently changed something...I'm thinking you're good.
