I appreciate all the advice people have offered, so I'll offer mine.
I picked up this case, my first official HP TP case, although it is my fifth case overall. I have bought all the third party cases that have been on sale here through the past year, if not sold out. My favorite, for several reasons, is the CaseCrown TP case
First, I've owned three cases for other devices made by casecrown. They were all durable and smartly consctructed. For instance, the case I bought for my Kindle has a pocket in the front, but double padding within that pocket, since you'll be putting things like a charger cable or pen in there, and you don't want to damage your screen. Those little details that matter were paid attention to.
The Touchpad CaseCrown case had a very important feature: velcro on the fold-in flap that secure the tablet inside the case housing. It made the fit snug and no jostling. Then, although it has the tooth to prop up the device, you don't have to use it. It sits at the same angle if you triple fold the front flap as a back stop, then if you tuck it into the leather tooth on the back. So there has been no wear and tear on that leather tooth despite my leaving it propped up for Netflix viewing 90% of the time. It is real leather, it is well made, no seems or stitches have loosened.
One con, and this might just be from my usage, but having it propped up all the time have begun to bend the case cover, the middle of the tri-fold area. It's only on one side, not across the device, and I easily bent it back into shape. Although now that portion does sag a bit when the cover is across the front of the tablet. I really think the sagging is from my continued propping of the device and not a manufacturing defect. So that's my recommendation.

I wrote up some simple instructions with download links for everything you need for flashing the TP from a 32bit windows xp install. if you run 64bit or win7 you may need a different novacom driver download. The instructions are here: http://pastebin.com/aqQYsW0m

|jamarbella||I remember getting this because it worked with the touchstone. Like many of you, mine has sagged and stretched in places. Are there other flip cases that work with the Touchstone?|

|ansonvs||It's a good case for touchstone charger. But as someone mentions, it leaves horrible lines on the touchscreen surface. Be careful, don't put a book on the top of your touchpad.|

|VERTIGODRAGON||also should note that case is designed for the HP USB cable only. i have other micro usb cables that have are a bit wider and the case prevents them from plugging into the touchpad|
