I'm glad you asked this OP since I was also wondering the same thing .. if they line up outside very early. Not sure what I want to do since it will be a 8pm ... a very reasonable hour for most people.
I'm not worried about how long it will take me to check out .. I just want to try to make sure I get what I'm going for.
So if anyone has anymore input on this it would be appreciated. Do you think people will be lining up a Sears since they're opening so early?

I'd worry more about the checkout lines, than any lines to get in trhe store. Their checkout setup in not "BF-Friendly".
I walked in last year 5 min after they opened. Asked as associate if they still had any Doorbuster snow blowers. They did, and he took me to a closed cash register, rang me up, and I was out of there in 5 minutes. The lines at the open check out stations were ugly and unorganized.

That said, they are opening early - so people might show up there before hitting the other stores. Overall I think you would still spend up to 45 mins to check out once you have the product.|

Are lines at Sears long on Thanksgiving?
I was thinking of going to Sears for a certain TV and was wondering if anyone has any information or experience at Sears thanksgiving sales in the past. How long are the lines? I'm assuming not as bad as Best Buy and less competition for the TVs, but I am just curious to hear how it compares. I don't want to cut into family time too early on Thanksgiving.
