I received mine. Didn't find the plastic to be that bad. As long as it was isolated (which it was) No amount of packaging is going to prevent any vibration. Did full extended scans on both drives and full formats as well. No errors deteced, both running great and I am very happy.
Gotta see about the rebate forms now.

|streetmike||Mine came in a pretty big box today. It was packed in the plastic clamshell and a bunch of paper in it. It seems to be working... Its formatting right now. I choose not to do the "quick" options and its at 2% after 20 roughly 15 minutes lol.|

Crap. I would have to buy these then and order them under a different address since the rebate is one per household. I could still get 5% cashback with Discover.
When the rebate is one per household do they look at the billing address or shipping?
Went ahead and pulled the trigger on the Netgear ReadyNAS Pro RNDP6000-200NAS. I'll wait for the 3TB to go on sale again. I will need to buy at least 4 off the bat and add two later.

I found another item that was listed as having a coupon code and added that item to my cart along with the hard drive. When I went to checkout, the box to enter a coupon code was now there. I tried to enter the coupon code for the hard drive and it wouldn't accept it. The following message was shown after I entered the coupon code for the hard drive.
"Coupon Code could not be verified, please try again."
It looks like the coupon code is dead.

I too am unable to enter the coupon code so I contacted their customer chat online to ask about the lack of anyplace during checkout to enter the coupon code. Below is the response that I received.
"If an item does not display the coupon code area in checkout, the coupon is either no good or no longer valid."
"If there is no box, the coupon expired. If an item has a current coupon, that box will be under step 4 in checkout."
So it appears that the coupon code is no longer valid and can't be used.
