|teaberry||I bought some rebate deal for PSE & PE 10 for I think about $50 after rebate a while back and after getting LR4, I barely use PSE10. I have occasionally used Premiere Element 10 for video editing and watermarking.|

If you have an older computer that can't handle 11, or you want photo and video editing for the cheapest price, I guess so.
If you don't care which version you end up using, why not go with the latest version for the same price?
If you want the new features of Photoshop Elements 11 (new workflow, easier to read screen, new organizer, some new effects) then no.

Thanks OP! Bought Photoshop, a $50 cash card, and a $2 filler. Will be getting back $25 from the AmEx linked card promo so in the end its like paying ~$25 for the software.
In fact, I just now already received the synced card purchase confirmation email from AmEx. Woot!

Adobe Photoshop Elements - $50 Shipped @ Costco
Costco is selling Adobe® Photoshop® Elements 11 Special Costco Edition Bundle for $50 with free shipping. The bundle gets you some scrapbooking software and 50 free prints.
Non-Costco members can pay a small premium. I think it's $54 total.
Given Photoshop Elements retails for $100, and the best of the time-limited BF deals are Staples ($50, listed as Win only?), OfficeMax ($45) and Office Depot ($60) this is pretty slick given you have no crowds or hoops to deal with. I don't think these other deals include the bundle but I could be wrong.
