groupon and whoever this company that supplied the cups really suck. my call to their CSRs 2 weeks ago resulted in them saying that my remaining cups were still shipping. so far, nothing which means it's nothing but a bunch of lies.
their order tracking system sucks and this experience with them overall has been horrible. i do not recommend dealing with groupon for any deals involving physical merchandise like this.

good idea. thanks for the number. the CSR made it much easier than filing one of their emails/contacts.
got it done in about 5 minutes .. she was really nice about it.
- refunded for 1x order to my CC
then for my other order, she made an offer to refund 3x as GROUPON bucks (for the broken cups). took that offer as it gave me about 20 extra on top (groupon bucks).
didn't make any mention about sending the cups back .. so i'm not hassling with that and i guess they don't want to deal with it as well.

this company/supplier that worked with groupon for the deal is absolutely amateurish. I ordered 14 cups from them of 3 different teams.
- first team shipped ok (jets, go figure)
- 2nd one -- shipped the wrong cups to me
- 3rd and most important -- they shipped me 5 cups on a single tracking number. i just opened the box and 3/5 cups is broken. i even cut myself on one of them taking it slowly out of the box.
the other half hasn't shown up yet ... the groupon csr said it 'should be shipping soon' but there's no tracking number (their order system shows my cups were all fulfilled).
the packaging on all 3 boxes is different. even so, they used some thin bubble wrap and no styrofoam peanuts in the box (the boxes are tight).
from the groupon csr response, they're not replacing any of the cups if they're broken or incorrect. I'm so livid right now that I may just file a CC dispute and not even return any of these boxes to them (if i'm not getting the correct cups -- i'm not wasting my time going to the postal service for them, imo).

Well, my tracking number never worked, but I got my mugs today.
Amazingly, they are fully intact. They had the same crappy packing material as everyone else, I guess I got lucky. You just can't stop the Niners...

My mugs just arrived. Broken. Glad I'm not alone.
EDIT: Just spoke with Groupon. They told me to hang on to the broken mugs and they'd issue a full refund (gee, thanks!)

WTH?? it specifically says 2 pack in the title of the groupon...$20 for 1 mug is a huge ripoff, I already emailed groupon and I'm waiting for a reply, I hope they can just mail a second mug out to me (and i hope it doesn't break)

They definitely did not pack these mugs securely. Three thin pieces of bubble wrap & nothing to divide the mugs from rubbing against and scratching each other.
