|slmrm||does anyone knew the fate of groupon class action lawsuit? I have lot of unused, expired vouchers from groupon, tx!|

LS made me mad.... I bought a voucher for $29 for a chiropractor consult.. To find out the place, an hour away, was only open 4 days out of 7, when I work 5 days, and was only by appointment only... But since their hours were odd too, no one ever answered, and it was one of those.. Leave a message and we'll call you back business.
Not very convenient when it was closed Fri, Sat and Sun, and that was NOT in the fine prints at all.

lolz....i would gladly take all your insults if I was truly a 1% member and sleep on a pile of 100's as my mattress foundation. I would not be on slickdeals price matching my way through life. I eat ol fashioned chicken no idea how to spell fish eggs...sh8ts nasty and not a slick deal ... Sucks that you still lost $15 on the whole deal but really do you even think it will be that much. I am guessing in the end it will be less than $15 so you can pick up 3 value meals. I always found it absurd we would put expiration on these pathetic gift certificates/coupons/vouchers. Just a greedy way of booking free money for the true 1% folks. Good luck and I hope you get all the money you put into living social and a free voucher that GASP does not expire the next day.

Even if the numbers are as bad as you say, 2.5mil split 100k is still a cool free $25 which I can use to buy nice roses for a beautiful woman who in return will make me forget that people like you exist.

you are 100% entitled to a claim on the class action. Just wait till we the lawyers collect a cool 3 million split 3 ways and after settling court costs and covering the fancy lunches. we have a cool 2.5 millions for all you pathetic 99% folks. Hope the 2.5 million split 100,000 WAYS will cover your claim if not....cry me a river while I drink my $500 champagne and eat my $3000 cavier.

I had $40 in LS unused coupons. This is money i gave to Living Social and got nothing in return so i feel every bit entitled to get it back.
This is NOT the same as the Nutella class action where the buyers first happily ate the delicious thing and then submitted a claim hoping for some undeserved money.

|psychonaut1985||Count me in! I have received many settlements before. Usually not more than $5 but what the hell...|

|SEGMA98||when people are going to realize that these class action law suits are just meant to make the lawyers more rich?|

|adw7677||I bought a certificate that DIDN'T WORK, and living social did nothing to fix the problem. They directed me to Snapfish, and Snapfish directed me to living social. Nobody ever solved the problem. I would say that's why they have a lawsuit, and it's about damn time! Too bad that when I try to submit the claim, I get a website error. Guess I'll try again later.|
