Updated the drivers from Acer website which updated the firmware too will post if I get any issues from the update but so far running GREAT! For 399, its a great deal. I doubt that the Surface Pro will have this kind of battery life but we will see.|

I haven't found myself ever needing to install non-metro applications, so the Vivo would have served my purposes the same and I'd have the extra use of the dock/keyboard + extra battery as well for the same price.|

Because of the Dell ST, I'm wary of the Atom performance - haven't tried it in the store. If it's zippy as some has said here, this is a great deal. Build quality on my 500 is solid, so I'd expect the same on this.|

Im still not sold on win8 just yet, but then again ive not used it at length on a touch based device... ill be interested in what those of you who got one have to say about it|

Atom netbooks used to be $199.
So what makes a touchscreen Atom worth double that, especially with Acer's crappier build quality ?

|SdFat||Reading all these stability problems that also happen on all my 32-bit Win8 tablets and notebooks, I wonder if they are driver issues that can be fixed by Acer, or 32-bit Win8's problems that MS will ever fix them?|
