For title only, it'll work better checking the title only box and not using @title at all, but if you do use @title, for instance if you're prepping a search for a deal alert, use it only once.
For your TV query, you'll want something like this:
@title (LED|LCD) (TV|HDTV)

Improvements to FAQ on Searching
I am a developer and use logical AND/OR multiple times a day. I found the SD FAQ on searching very confusing however. From the FAQ
Syntactically, I don't really understand how this differs from the following comment
@title "LED TV" | @title "LCD TV" returns only a few results while @title ""LCD|LED" TV" returns better results.
What if I want a search where I want to look for "LED OR LCD" AND "TV OR HDTV" in the title only?, but I want the search to be position independent? In other words this should find both LED HDTV and TV LCD or HDTV Panasonic LED?
Thanks in advance. I am sure that the search works just fine, I just can't wrap my mind around the syntax and how it relates to the actual search itself.
