So after the first time when they said they was going to refund my card back to my cc, that never happened, so I emailed them yet again then I got processing email's saying my card will be credited back and FINALLY got my funds back to my credit card.
I will prolly never buy from toysrus again.

|The_Donster||Just a little update. Looks like I'm sending back my box. Initially I was told they'd send me the remaining 8 figures they owed me(2x Cog, 3x Theron #1, 3x Theron #2) and now I'm being told that they can't honor it because they have no proof from their own site that this is how it was originally listed. How do you, a .com business have no record of how it was originally listed on your website? Also, why is it stores(YMMV) were for the most part honoring the advertised price. I know I probably should just let this go and move on, but this stuff is sticking in my craw a bit. You advertised it at that price, you honor it. Might be done with ordering from them online if this is the type of service I'm getting. All the young lady that called me back was missing was a smacking on gum noise|

|The_Donster||Well, looks like they finally found their mistake and pulled it. So I honestly don't know what they are going to do or what you should do? I've got the order boxed up and debating if I'm going to just return them at this point? I was able to snag a couple sets of 3's for the site cost at a local store yesterday. I was kind of hoping to go back and get a couple more sets and just return the one's I bought through TRU.com to cut my losses. My wife is telling me to just sit tight and wait to see if they send out my figures. Patience isn't something I've learned. Anyway, might be worth a call to see if they'll fulfill the original order. I will say that the rep told me yesterday that they were back ordered on them. Don't know what that means though? I think it is another YMMV or YEMV situation.|

So with my situation since I bought x10. I should just ring TRU phone line and tell me the situation and expect them to ship me x20 more?

|The_Donster||Just a little update and really suggest those who placed orders to call in and get your orders corrected. I actually got right in today. I'm not really sure how that happened, but I finally got a CSR that read it the same way. She even had a few others confirm it and took down what remaining figures I needed to fulfill the order. Fingers crossed I should have the remainder of my order fulfilled in 3-5 days. Of course these are showing back ordered and I don't know what that means at this point. I understand those who don't have a TRU near them, but for the rest I'd suggest going to the store and having them price match the site. Like I said, it is definitely a YMMV, but it is worth a shot and much better dealing with a TRU.com every other day. At least if you order it and have it shipped to the store you can argue the point and cut out the middle man. That's just my two cents and I'm keeping my fingers crossed until I receive my corrected order. Good luck everyone.|

Well my toys r us was smart and it looks like they did this with others..
If you order 3 they gave you one of each including golden cog.. If you order 10 they gave you one of each but only one golden cog per order.

|The_Donster||I'm sure he did, why wouldn't he? I'm assuming he did the store pick up and had a receipt of the transaction on TRU.com. I think it is definitely a YMMV situation though. As I explained to a assistant manager, it doesn't make sense that it is just one figure. Especially since it has the list price scratched out of $69.99 and shows all three figures. Not to mention it doesn't give you a option on what figure you pick from the three offered. Nor is it sold separately like the other Gears figures. He tried telling me that each figure originally cost $69.99 and I told him that wasn't true. I've collected the line for quite some time and when TRU originally started selling the waves the figures were $15.99 and have sense gone up to $17.99. I'm hoping I get my phone call tomorrow. Really don't feel like dealing with this much longer. I've got my return label ready and might try another TRU to see if they'll price match the sets online just in case things go south.|

|The_Donster||^^See, I had that happen to me at first too. I received 2 Coles, 1 JE Marcus and maybe a Theron Guard. What you were supposed to get was the one's pictured. For those who haven't ordered it yet, it looks like you can do in store pick up. Just enter in your zip code and see what store has them in stock. I definitely feel like this is the way to go. Much easier arguing the 3 for $15.99 in a store than over the phone. Still haven't gotten my call from anyone at corporate. BTW, can the OP or mod please adjust the title? Most people who are stumbling across this still think this is a 3 pack and it isn't, it is individual figures.|
