But I was able to use the OPs coupon for 5 off 25 at Home Depot even though it was a computer print out. They just scanned the bar code and it went through fine.

you wont be able to use that coupon at homedepot, because they will send it to via email. homedepot does not accept computer print out coupons. you can only use that at lowes.

also, thanks OP. I just used the 5 off for some christmas wreaths, a tree and some spray on snow...

I can speak for NYC and most of NJ:
-USPS no longer has "moving packets". They do have a post card though telling you how to do it online.
-To get the printed Lowes 10% moving coupon, you have to actually submit a change of address (USPS requires a credit card to verify your address).
-Online Lowes 10% coupons are easily obtained from the Lowes site.
-Home Depot stores as "corporate policy" no longer accepts print-outs of Lowes coupons, only printed ones. It's YMMV if your cashier is aware of this policy and may accept a print-out of the Lowes coupon but if they don't and you decide to "bump it up", you are very likely to get a manager that knows the corporate policy.
Good Home Depot %-off and dollar-off discounts are getting harder to obtain.

Lets also not forget the Zombie Mulch and $50 off $100 HD coupons recently (about 1 month ago).
Everyone is welcome to spend full freight is they want to. If you consider 10% to be a good deal, shop away! For me, 10% is not a good deal and is the minimum discount I am able to achieve on an everyday basis. My plan would go something like: Use the 20% Harbor Freight coupon at HD along with another 8% savings from buying GCs is a deal. This would put me at something like a 25% discount. So for me, 10% is not a good deal.

Does Home Depot coupon signup take mailexpire.com emails? HD already has my junk email account. Plus if they do take mailexpire, one can sign up for the garden club repeatedly.
The USPS packets are hard to come by.....the postal workers lie "We do not have packets anymore, go online to change your address!". I say, "but I do to have internet", they say "your scre...ed".
Is there some government program for free dial up internet? Example: Library no longer carries tax forms. (government gives free phone land line) ...just curious
