Derp. Just bought these for 1.50 each from overstock, although they got them to me in 4 days instead of the 2-3 weeks estimated delivery I saw on these. Though it seems some people have been getting them real quick.
This, paired with the FAR usb hub from newegg + xbox360 controller + Logitech K700 keyboard + XBMC for android = awesome portable HTPC + gaming machine (Galaxy Note 2)
I just wish there was a way to charge thru the OTG cable while using it at the same time.

It's very simple folks... If u've chosen a seller that ships from Hon Kong or from outside the US... U have a high chance of getting a longer end cable that doesn't work on the Nexus 7 and is more buggy on other devices.. If u order from a seller that ships from the US... U have a higher chance of getting the one pictured on Amazon & on eBay that has the shorter end and works with the Nexus 7... U can get a single or pair of them cheaper on eBay then on Amazon when shipped from the US...
This will only work on a TouchPad if u use a powered USB Hub.... I myself am thinking of getting one that comes with a female micro usb end to power the devices so I can use a non-powered usb hub.... They cost $6 if u get them from outside the US and they cost $10 to get them from US on eBay... The shipping time difference is about 2-4 weeks... U get the US one within a week and the non US one takes 3-4 weeks... But that should work on a TouchPad...

You may need Stickmount app if you use this with a thumb drive.

Wondering the same thing.

|cooidude0||I bought 5 of these about a month ago (took 4 weeks to get). Tried on my Acer Iconia and Droid Bionic and none of them worked with a keyboard or flash drive. Haven't tried USB debugging, any other suggestions to get these to work? Greatly appreciate it.|

Just so you guys know, (perhaps) the same thing is available from a different seller (summer rain) for $0.54 shipped. 113 available as we speak.
No longer available from eForcity that's why price increased from $0.58 to $0.59.
