It's showing 249.99 for me.. am i missing something?
Edit: crap, never mind, new customer only, not for upgraders.

Back in the days, many dealers thought they were clever by doing exactly what you're trying to do, instead of doing an upgrade for the customer. The reason being that they were paid more in commission for a new customer, than for an upgrade. That is also the reason why Amazon is able to offer a lower price for a new customer than for an upgrade.
TL;DR Just do an upgrade

I hope this helps.

That's awesome! How were you able to do it?
Amazon's policy says "Competitors' special promotions such as rebates, gift certificates, bundled products and "buy one, get one" offers are not eligible for the Guarantee."

I saw a Galaxy note a couple of days back and it was humongous! Seriously, it reminds of the scene from "Wall St: Money Never Sleeps" when Michael Douglas completes his prison term and is handed over his "cool cellphone" from the bygone era.
Yeah, I knows its a matter of personal choice but I guess at this rate we'd be sticking our ipads to our ears next.

|NaveenG||I bought this one from Amazon for $149.99(upgrade). I price matched it couple of times lowered it from 249.99 to 199.99 and then to 149.99 ( after walmarts $250 + $100 gift card offer ). They have give me estimated date of Jan 4th. But it usually arrives lot quicker. I got this phone 2 weeks back and the features are just mind blowing.|

|minwoo832||Anybody know if I switch carriers, then switch back again to Verizon in a couple days, would I be considered a new customer?|

|forestranger||Anyone know if they will charge tax in CA on the discounted price ($175) or the full retail price?|

|pablodiner||not to be rude, but if I had a nickel for every time i've read "CA tax kills it for me" ... Like the phrase has become a caricature of itself rather than having meaning. Aaaaaaanyway. Good deal thanks op TU!|
