I recently got mine also. I still cant believe this unit only has 2 hdmi and no vga. I guess thats what you pay for. I must say I was not wowed by this TV. I may be nitpicking here but my biggest issue is that the black levels are not very good. It has too much backlight shining through the screen. I mean on an image of a black screen you can obviously see the white light around the edges. I guess I spoiled myself by using a plasma before.
Also for 3D. The glasses that come with this tv are very cheap. If you sit on it or lean on them they will snap in half no problem. On a good note you can use your 3d glasses from the movie theater on this which feel 100 times better.
Another very important note on viewing 3D is you need to be in the perfect viewing angle or else you will get a lot of ghosting/cross-talk. In the right angle you can even sit 2 feet infront of the tv. I got this tv for dual play. In order to avoid seeing the other players perspective you need to be in the perfect view angle or else it wont work. By view angle I mean being eye level with the MIDDLE of the screen. In my experience experimenting with this tv. The screen has to be slightly higher than your eye level and tilted down slightly. Unfortunately for me I have to reconstruct my entertainment cabinet so that the tv can sit higher.
Overall I wasnt impressed by this tv. I play a lot of call of duty zombies which is filled with dark areas in the map and I can clearly see the backlight washing out the blacks even when adjusting the settings. No vga, no rca audio output, the usb doesnt play avi files. I recommend checking out the unit at the store if you can find one before buying. And idk why but this tv is really thick for a led.

I ordered the one from Frys, took 6 days to get to Utah from the transaction date, got it today. It is replacing a 37" Vizio LCD that is almost 5 years old. As a note, I don't care much about 120 VS 60 HZ because I can't stand the way 120 looks. I would turn it off anyway. I haven't noticed much blurring, though I haven't watched any sports yet. I'll watch some sportscenter tonight.
It is much lighter than the Vizio. The screen is much brighter. Screen glare is worse, but not a deal breaker. Up close, SD looks a bit blockier, but I attribute that to it being a larger screen and also being brighter. HD looks very good on this set. Lord of the Rings on BR looks very good. It runs cooler too.
The 2D-3D conversion is really pretty cool. I watched a couple scenes in LotR with it, and it was very cool. Obviously not the same as a 3D BR or anything, but still made things pop. It's not a feature that I will use a lot though, since I find just about all 3D fatiguing, and it is worse on a smaller screen. I think the kids will enjoy it though. You do have to be sitting pretty much right in front of the screen (6 or more feet back) to avoid crosstalk though. You could probably fit 3 people together on a couch and be OK, but you also have to have the screen tilted directly at you. Worth noting is that you can adjust the depth of the 3D. I need to get some more 3D content to check it out better though.
I followed the only calibration settings I could find online, and tweaked them to my personal liking. The images were sharp and detailed, very good for a $400 TV. Color is not bad, but definitely not on par with my Plasma, but it is better suited for my bright upstairs living room, even with the worse screen glare than the previous TV.
Speakers are weak, but better than my previous Vizio. I already have a soundbar anyway, good thing it has an optical input though, since that's all you get.
So far, very happy with my purchase. It's a steal at $400. It may end up being replaced and sent to the bedroom though, because I am feeling it is a bit small for the room. I worried about that, but at $400 I figured it wouldn't be a big deal just to move that to the bedroom and get something 46" - 55". It was a gamble, but it paid off. You really can't go wrong comparing this with anything else you can get for $400.
