|SlickDilla||lmao teavana has atrocious customer service. I had an order pending last year that still has not shipped (nor have i been charged), wait time on phone was over an hour, i hung up twice and then gave up. Piss poor company.|

|danimarie||I know this thread is kinda old, but found it when searching for others with this problem. I'm STILL trying to get my shipping charges refunded. I've contacted them numerous times and the idiots still haven't responded. But I did receive an e-mail from them asking about my satisfaction with their customer service regarding my e-mail(s) to them. Um, not great, Teavana. Anyone ever had any luck dealing with these guys? I'm not finding anything but negative comments about their customer (dis)service.|

Teavana.com cyber Monday issues - check your order
Teavana.com had a great promo on cyber Monday with free shipping (any order) and a free 3 oz. tin plus a sample. Their servers were bogged down and many orders lost. The orders that went through were marked after midnight and shipping (starting at $4.75) was charged.
If anyone ordered from Teavana.com on Monday, check your order! You have probably been charged shipping!
Only 1 of my orders went through and I was charged $4.75 extra. After waiting on hold for over 30 minutes, the service rep was willing to adjust the costs but nothing more. My other orders were lost.
