I got this email today:
Your Rebate was not approved for the following reason(s)
- Copy of Receipt/Invoice is missing
- No proof of purchase date in documentation
I scanned everything before I mailed it and all of this was included. Anyone else have this problem? I'm contacting the company as well as the BBB and my attorney general's office. Anyone have other advice?

As for why one account has been getting the dreaded "Pending Review" status instead of processing within 15 minutes like the other account... I honestly have no idea.
It's not a "form of payment" thing. On both accounts, I use a regular Discover Card, so that eliminates that. Granted they are different Discover Card #'s and have different billing and shipping addresses, but they are the same type of card (Discover More). I use my card and a family member's and we both pay our bills on time and have high credit limits, so that's not any issue either.
I seemed to start having this problem more often AFTER they changed over their site to the new design layout. You remember how the old site used to go through a different log-in and checkout process? Well I didn't have as many issues back then as I do now.
When my recent Corsair Vengeance 1100 Headset order got hung up on "Pending Review", I called in and aspoke with someone in the Order Verification Department and told them what was going on. Apparently, he said there was a way they could put something in the system so that they only high-price orders get reviewed on my account. I told him I'm a frequent customer, so these order delays have really been irritating and causing my shipments to go on back-order status and he told me would look into it with his supervisor.
A day later, I placed two orders for the Monster Screen Cleaner and both went to the warehouse almost immediately. Coincidence or did the guy actually do something... I guess I'll find out.

and yes, there are speakers that do not require battery power or A/C power that would suit his needs better so that he doesn't have to leave it with the switch on draining the internal battery of the speaker. not only that, there are cradle docks that project the sound of his phone as well that don't require any wires.
if anyone is in denial, it seems it is you - failing to comprehend that you are misunderstanding what was said all along. we can do this all day long if you want, i don't care. my suggestion for you is to stop hijacking threads, save face and walk away
