1. Buy a car charger
2. Buy a plug for that special plane outlet (use phone to watch movies, play games duh).
3. Be stranded/attacked by a bear/or be in a place where you can't call for help, because you decided to "get away from the electronics"
4. Somehow create a wall outlet because a wall outlet isn't always there when you need it the most.
Or, you can buy a an external battery.

Road trips, charge with the car charger, planes have places to charge things, but why your phone is on in a plane is beyond me.
Camping, and hiking? Never crossed my mind, especially because when I go camping or hiking I get away from the electrics, and keep a radio.
Keep in car for emergency? I received this exact model for free and it dies after not being messed with for a while like other external batteries. If you have an emergency, what's wrong with the wall outlet.
I was only asking a question, didn't expect the Slickdealer community to be so hostile.

|TCBJR23||Looks like the price went up to $92 but I still ordered it. I'll try and sell one of them to offset the cost. The deal still works if you choose the idealpoint non prime buying option|

|Trav7414||Looks like the 9000mAh is not working anymore, but the 6000mAh code(FREEIMIR)works. But i want the free 9000mAh one|
