My remotes were never shipped, I had to open a case with Ebay, the seller asked me what I wanted to do, and I told them I wanted my remotes. That was Friday, and I got them on Tuesday. I left a negative rating for them, I should not have to beg to get my items.
All four of the remotes came in a little bag with instructions and a cable, I haven't tried them yet, but they look good.

I still don't have my extra remote and have not heard anything since Jan 31 when they said that they'd reship.
Just fired off a nastygram letting them know my displeasure.

I have an update!
I emailed the seller on Feb 8 and told them that USPS said they never received the shipment. I got a reply from the seller on Feb 11 saying that they shipped out a new order for me and they gave me a tracking number. According to the tracking number, the package is still in NY.
I got home from work today to find my original package in the mail! I looked up the tracking number and it say's that USPS received the package on Feb 9 (1 day after I sent the seller an email).
I don't know what happened, but it looks like someone saw the email and found the package and stuck it in the mail, then the email went to some other person that sent a new order.
I emailed the seller to ask how they want to handle it. We'll see what they say.
I have been nice in all of my emails and have told them what I want/expect. So far they have been compliant and helpful. I will probably give them a good rating. I'll forgive them for what seems like and honest mistake and they have made an effort to make it right.
All 3 of the remotes I ordered are brand new + dead batteries, but I don't really care about the batteries.

|Ray97||Lol!! although I received my 2 remotes, I think alot of people have been reporting this ebayer. I was just notified by ebay's customer experience team against this ebayer. ahah|

|phaedrus441||I'll chime in-- my tracking number says it's been accepted, but should've arrived on January 26 and here is it February 12 with no package. Just opened a dispute through eBay since the seller hasn't responded to my messages.|

Most of us watched our tracking info and our package sit there, past the expected delivery date, before it started to move.
My second remote has now been at a stand still for 3 days, its not coming today as the site says! I was updated to "Shipment Accepted" on the 5th which makes me wonder is it the seller or USPS which is causing these delays.

USPS has lost my package. I'm still dealing with them trying to get it, so I have no idea what I will get.
EDIT: I just got off the phone with the USPS and they said that the shipping label was created, but they never received the package. I don't know why the person I talked to a week ago couldn't tell me that, but I am really frustrated now! We'll see if theemallgroup can rectify the situation.
