Sam's has it for $388 locally here in Sacramento. I've also seen it in Vacaville with plenty of stock a few weeks ago (http://www.samsclub.co
I actually just helped my fiance's Grandpa set this same TV up over the weekend and he is pleased with it. It's a no frills plasma with component and I believe it was two HDMI inputs. It's a great price for a spare bedroom or master bedroom.
I plan to get it later in the year for the master bedroom if it is still available. Still trying to fill out the new house with more important things. Though I did jump on the 60" LG plasma that was on here a few weeks ago, I'm definitely enjoying it.

|misslovelycandi||I bought the 42 inch Panasonic mentioned in this thread from Paul's TV for $399 (free shipping, no tax). It was a heck of a deal, great picture and sound. And it arrived in two days. If I'm giving my two cents, I'd recommend this one.|

|afawcett||i pulled the trigger on this. i've been waiting for a good bedroom tv for awhile now. nothing tickled my fancy until this. i'm going to primarily use it for playing xbox and wii, so i dont need all the fancy bells and whistles that come with smart tvs. as for 1080p, most xbox games are 720p native, and the wii is a joke. viewing angles and refresh rates are a must. according to amazon, it's .6" thicker and 4 lbs heavier than the 42" panny that's also on slickdeals. i've read that plama's are not as bright, but i hope that's not an issue. i also wish this had a composite input so i could play my n64 and super nintendo. as you can see, im more of a retro gamer than a videophile.|

|KTM19||Not a bad price at all. Certainly not a top of the line Samsung tv, but this would be great for a bedroom.|

|Aisorik||Honestly I'd wait for 1080p, especially game (next-gen consoles and PC).|

By the way, an electronics person at walmart (not that they are experts of course) told me to avoid plasma tvs, that they don't last nearly as long as lcds. Any opinions on this? I usually go for lcds, albeit the plasmas are generally cheaper
