2nd day, got a email saying 3 of the 16 items I ordered were out of stock...received one item today, called in, the other remaining 12 evidently were out of stock as well, although they didn't care to let me know via email or any other method....
CSR also could care less as I explained how unhappy I was....

|tinnitus85||ordered 10 items, mostly sweaters... and only a necktie and a polo shipped. I received an email saying just 3 of the items were out of stock and will not be shipped and am disappointed when the customer care rep on the phone told me 8 items will not be shipped and just 2 items shipped. Some of the items appear in stock on the website but the customer rep said it's not right. The order was in pending status forever... I knew something would go wrong.|

|bored08||ordered 1/26 but no charge or cancellation email. I used 2 day shipping with shoprunner and the item are in stock still. lol if they cancel it will be BS|

|LITshopper||First and last experience with Tommy. My first order over $200. would not go through-no explanation-now find it held as pending transaction on my checking account. I then place 4 more orders, while each amount ($500+ total) has been held as pending, I received email this a.m. that 2 were cancelled. Now, 2 more emails which cancel out the last 2 orders. All in all I have $700+ now being held up by my bank for these non-sales. I called when the first order didn't go through & again tonight when I checked my checking balance. Both times I was directed to "customer service" reps-both made it clear that they could do nothing and gave the impression that they didn't give a damn. Also told that TH would cancel the holds on my account in 3-5 business days. I order on line every day-have never encountered anything like this. Needless to say, I have already unsubscribed from their site.|
