|darkonex||Finally got my refund, last thing they wanted was supporting documentation. I took a picture of the bracelet and package, a screenshot of the seller's profile being set to private, and the email I got from Ebay stating that the auction was closed but not till after I had already bought it. Glad they finally came through!|

|ppt||I started a dispute process with Paypal about a month ago and it got escalated to a claim on the same day. But it was 'in process' until today. I got a note from post office that a registered package has arrived on yesterday. I called Paypal today and got the full refund before I get the 'package'. Not satisfied with Paypal because I had to call at the end. They could track the package (and I didn't get any update on tracking #). phew.. learnt not to trust Paypal.|

Here is how mine went down (best I can remember)
FYI, I have been EBaying since 1997 and have a 100% feedback in both sales and purchases (don't know if that helped).

Definitely record it.
Ebay sided with 'qinqindong2011' in my case:
"In response to your claim, the seller has provided proof of shipment
indicating that the item was shipped to you. Because the seller was able to
provide proof of shipment, we cannot reverse this transaction or issue a
refund. We encourage you to continue to work directly with the seller to
amicably resolve this matter.
PayPal does not tolerate fraud or illegal activities. Your complaint has
been noted in the record of the PayPal user you reported. If we find this
user has violated our policies, we will investigate and take appropriate
action. If this occurs, you may be contacted in the future about the status
of this complaint.
To make sure future transactions proceed smoothly, we suggest you visit the
PayPal site and click the Security Center link located at the top of any
page. There you will find tips on how to avoid fraudulent sellers in the
"Fraud Prevention Tips for Buyers" section.

I also got similar pack from the seller for the tablet.. I got the refund from Paypal long back.. Do I still need to record the unboxing or I am good to open it?
I kept it sealed for quite sometime..
