I got sucked into buying one of these when they were popping up weekly about a year or two ago. What absolute junk... never even wore it. Seemed like something that belonged in a hardware store as opposed to a jewelry store.
I only say this to, perhaps, help prevent someone else from feeling so taken!

The con for Ti and Al is that mine are all scratched to hell and the ones that started out shiny are distinctly less so several years later.
My W rings are almost completely opposite. They are very very dense and they make their presence felt when worn or typing. They are also noticeable thicker which may just be a trait or the manufacturer and not the material itself. You can't resize a W ring so if it doesn't fit well... tough.
I can't say that W rings are objectively better than my Ti ones but I personally prefer the look and finish of my W rings and wear them almost exclusively.
