I don't want to pay $50-60 every year to have a personal website with very low traffic.
But I do want to be able to be able to use a custom wordpress theme.

With the low price of reputable hosting these days and the mess Dropbox and Box.com make of databases and ping speed, I recommend you stick to the companies that do what they do well.

Just in case you've ever wondered if box.com/net monitors your account activity. I received this email from them yesterday....
I saw that you have signed up for a free consumer product, but it looks as if you might be testing this for business purposes. If this is the case I would happy to provide you with a free 2 week Business trial so that you can properly test out features made for business that are not found on the free consumer product you signed up for. Are you testing this for business purposes?

Anybody know if it is possible to host a free wordpress themed website on this storage?
I have been able to set up free hosting on Dropbox by directing a php site to the url they give you, but I would like to switch to wordpress themes and more GB of free webhosting.
Anybody know if it is possible?

25GB is great, but their license gives them full rights to copy (and delete) anything I store there and sell/use it however they like. I'll store copyrighted music and e-books. They can't to copy and sell that.
From section 2 B of their license agreement:
License to Box. Customer grants to Box and its contractors an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to access, use, modify, and delete any information, materials, data, files, programs, ideas and opinions provided or made available by Customer ("Customer Content") through the use of Software for the sole purpose of synchronizing the services made available through the Software with the services made available through the Website.
