It's been this price for a couple of days at B&H. I've never seen it on sale though so this might be as low as it gets especially since it's the only 1TB 2.5 7200rpm in the market. Still a great price for what it is other hdd's in this storage size and 3 year warranty hover around 80 or higher with slower rpms (WD Blue).
If you remember to mention it could you verify the specs after you receive it?
