Yessir, i am afraid i have heard of them. Luckily you gave link to Reuters too. But this is not "few weeks ago", this was 90 weeks ago rather. And it's not about mice injected with MSG, it's about correlation between obesity and MSG consumption in China http://ajcn.nutrition.

You are right on the whole though, there is not enough aminos in Bragg's fake soy sauce (nor in the real one) - not compared to amount of proteins that can be had in real food. The mere amount of salt in the sauce will stop you from chugging gallons of it.

Like a weight lifting comment? because it says there are aminos in it? Answer is...
THE ONLY thing that gets people "SWOLE" or "MUSCULAR" is Proteins - Aminos only help in the breakdown and deliverance of proteins to the correct areas and some Aminos burn fat so technically no swole here
If you wanna get HUGE like a power lifter add Complex Carbohydrates to your proteins. Simple Carbs are bad for you ( sugars ) - Complex takes a while to break down but are natural sugars in foods. (potatoes, rice,bread,bananas)

What do you mean by "scientifically proven"? Do you mean that "many studies" suggest MSG causes obesity, is addictive, etc.? Have you read these studies? Are there studies suggesting the opposite?
I don't know about you, but I'm dead bored just thinking about it, and if I want to know more about MSG, I'll consult some source other than slickdeals.net.

For anyone that has acid or heartburn problems, I strongly suggest reading this. You'll be amazed how helpful it is. Try the recommendations he lists and see if it helps you. Also, forget everything you know about acid reducers.
