For those who actually received one of these cameras CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT! It turns out that what I was charged was NOT what I authorized. It ended up being about $370 when it was supposed to be under $300 total. On top of that, after calling dozens of times and being transferred and cut of repeatedly they said the refund was issued. I check my credit card account a week later and they refunded ONE camera instead of for the entire order. So I had to call back again. Wonderful. To make matters worse every time I call their computer system is down and I have to call back after wasting 10min talking to someone who speaks broken English at best just to explain what I need and who I am. Finally, after a half hour on the phone today I get transferred to a lady in Minnesota and the refund is literally issued within minutes of her introducing herself to me. I vented and told her about the entire nightmarish ordeal and she says that reading my notes this should have been handled about a month ago and it's a simple solution. I can't imagine what people are going through that have more complex issue. This is unreal. She's sending me a gift card but if you divide the amount by all the the time I've wasted with an order I've never even received I'm sure it's about ten cents an hour. Whoopty doo.
DON'T EVER USE TARGET.COM. EVER!

|OstrichSak||Hey guys, looks like there's another deal posted here for those who got hosed by Target.com and were still looking for some of these.|

|OstrichSak||After another hour invested in phone calls & getting cut off between transfers and what not I got someone to finally issue a refund. The bad news is that the email I got says that they refunded for ONE of the FOUR I ordered so whoever issued the credit/refund clearly effed that one up. I'm waiting to see if the credit shows up for the full amount (doubtful) of $360ish and when it doesn't I'll have to call back again. FML.|

Hurry!! Target finally processed the "lost" shipment and gave money back. I didn't believe them until I saw the credit on my CC account.
Lesson learnt: Target Online sucks!!

no info from UPS site means they have not really shipped, it means they just PRINTED that label and thats all

I understand the process completely and if you look at my post from when I first called I told them that the package hadn't yet been surrendered to UPS. That's the point. UPS NEVER had ANY of these packages so how can it be THEIR fault? Yet Target.com has told NUMEROUS people (hundreds or more) that UPS had lost their package and they would refund and the customer could re-order if they wished. The point is Target.com is trying to shift blame to UPS so that they don't look bad for never shipping the item to begin with. This makes UPS look bad for losing a package which they never received to hundred (if not thousands) of Target.com customers. This is what UPS needs to be made aware of. The tracking number is just so they can confirm that that package was never surrendered to UPS yet they're getting the blame. We all need to call UPS and get a Supervisor's Supervisor so that this info gets to someone who actually cares and has some pull to elevate it to the proper channels.

The guy at UPS was very nice, he said that it didn't look like the shipment was ever picked up from Target only a ticket created. Target had not reported the shipment as lost or made a claim against it.

I finally had a chance to call and spoke with 'John' who also informed me after much 'research' that the last 'scan' for this package was 2/15 so UPS lost it and I would be issues a refund. He told me that I could then order the item again. I promptly informed him that not only was the item now out of stock but the price had increased. I then went on to tell him that now only would I never shop with Target.com again but I intended to contact UPS and let them know that Target.com was telling hundreds of not thousands of it's customers that UPS had lost these packages when it was clear to anyone that the packages had never even been shipped in the first place and that Target.com had no intention on filling ANY of these orders. I really don't think UPS will be happy to know that reps in a call center somewhere in India are tarnishing the reputation of a multi-million dollar global company who may care to know that is happening.
I urge ALL of you to take a few more minutes to contact UPS customer care and tell them the story as well as supply them with the tracking number you were issued that was supposedly 'lost' so they themselves can look into the individual shipments to see that they were never surrendered to UPS in the first place. This is one of the rare instances where we as consumers actually have the power to get something done about poor customer service. Target.com clearly doesn't care about individual customers but they WILL care about a powerful business partner and the relationship with that partner in order to be competitive on the world market.
I'm on hold now for another department who can supposedly refund the order. How convenient that they were able to charge my credit card immediately w/o any delay for an order that was never placed. To make things worse the order was never canceled and my charge was never refunded. Instead, I'm forced to call back and take even more time from my busy life just to reverse this transaction that never happened to begin with. I've wasted over an hour now on this stupid transaction and I fully intend to invest another 15min or so contacting UPS out of principal. If enough people did the same this will actually be something that doesn't get neatly swept under the rug.
