3/23/13 follow-up: Applause to Fannie May for superb customer service! I requested that my order be shipped at a later date and received 4 of the 5 pounds on the date requested. I called and told them that 1 lb. was missing, they sent it out immediately. Excellent customer service response.

Another thing that seems fishy, so my girlfriends order came in today, but the mint meltaways were crossed out and only the heart shaped chocolate was sent to her. The weird thing was, when I looked at my account, it showed that they charged me for it, which makes me think about this company a bit..
Regardless, they're suppose to send me another batch, so we'll see if this batch has the mint meltaways before I give them a second call.

I need to call them too. Everything was right in my order except 1 of the 4 boxes in my variety box was dark chocolate cherries and not the peanut butter creams I ordered. I thought it kinda sucked that the variety box was just 4 small boxes of what I chose. Maybe before Valentines Day people got different packaging.
My Mom loved her 1lb box of Pixies, she would have flipped if they had sent a 2lb box instead.....LOL

|GoGoGadgetFlow||So my order was suppose to arrive on Thursday but I still haven't received a response. There has been no tracking number or anything from Fannie May. I am extremely dissatisfied. I've tried calling customer services a few times and twice they just hung up on me (maybe it was cause it was closing time for their customer reps), but I am not a happy a happy customer. Usually I don't care about late shipping and can understand it's closing time and they can't help me, but there has been no response from them what so ever. I'm going to email them and see if they can do anything- if not- see what other alternatives there are.|

Mine arrived today with one error. They have wonderful customer service. I called, explained the error and she fixed it quickly. The ones I have tried are yummy! Would definitely buy again.

Apparently their CS is extremely busy right now. Anyway this is what I figured out after I talked to them:
The Pixies Heart was OOS. So without asking me, they sent me regular Pixies. I order 1 lb, but I got 2 1lb regular Pixies boxes. When I told the representative that I got 2, she/he said that's because I ordered 2 lbs of Pixies Heart, which was wrong. I told them I ordered 1 lb, then she/he said, they sent me 2 to make up for the inconvenience of OOS, which is what they normally do. I think it's funny that she/he thought I order 2lbs when I first told he/she I got 2 1lb boxes.
And there's no clear answer for why 3 pieces of the pixies in one box are missing. Maybe they think 2 lbs is too much for "making up" for 1 lb, so they decided to take several pieces out of it? That will be a mystery for ever.
And apparently I can't replace the regular ones I got with Pixies Heart, unless I'm willing to wait for almost one whole year. Then I was being a good person and ask he/she if I need to return one of the two boxes, and he/she said, "no, we won't accept your return."
And I guess that's the end of the story.

|yangchi.cn||I just opened one package I received. It's not Pixies Heart, it's Pixies, in a square box. And there are 3 of them missing!! That's so strange. Don't want to open the other package since that one will be a gift. but i'm a little worried that the other box also misses some pieces.|

I'm glad it wasn't still on the UPS truck....we are in the 80's here in Fl and luckily I was off today and home to receive them versus sitting outside.
