Went to OD and they don't have it in B+M but are getting it in shortly. They would price match and coupon match but couldn't do it on the online order. Will wait a bit and see if they get it in.
Best Buy has it showing in store for 449.99 thru 3/2.

I purchased a Nexus 10 for my brother last week (before he left the country) and a Note 10.1 for myself yesterday. I wish I had gotten my brother the Note 10.1.
Yes, the Nexus 10 has a higher resolution screen. When comparing it to my HP Touchpad running android, I could see all kinds of problems with the latter: yellowish color output, blurrier text on web pages, etc. However, when viewing the two main types of files I use tablets for, pdf and cbr/cbz, I failed to detect any difference in clarity (probably because many/most pdf and cbr/cbz files were created in much lower resolutions than the Nexus 10 can produce).
Once I had my Note 10.1 in hand last night, I compared it to my Touchpad and found the same differences as between the Nexus 10 and the Touchpad. Unfortunately, i can't compare the two newer units side-by-side, but in terms of brightness, color quality and even resolution, they are extreme similar (not to mention hardware and feel). In nearly every detail I can think of, they are nearly identical; I doubt anyone could tell that one had a higher resolution unless they had them side-by-side. For me at least, that extra pixel density wouldn't make much of a difference until the quality of the file types I use catch up.
With all that said, the S Pen makes all the difference. Textbook pdfs can now be annotated. I loaded up LectureNotes and took notes with the same speed and precision as on paper. I soon realized that I could throw away all of my school notebooks because I don't need them anymore. It's THAT good.
(oh, and I just realized I have a MicroSD slot to expand the memory)
Until other manufacturers release devices with active digitizers, the Note 10.1 is the king of tablets.

Could chose either color and yes, will be taking the Costco purchase back even though the warranty is better with Costco. If I didn't have RZ bucks, would have been a tougher choice.

And did you get a choice of a different color?
And are you just going to take back the Costco Purchase?

I just bought it last night at costco....$479.99 - $50 discount at register. The instant coupon is for $40 off but the sign had it crossed out and $50 written in. $429.99 + tax. This version comes with a sleeve case.
I then went to bestbuy and pricematched it (this version has not case). Was able to talk the guy down to $414 (since no case) and manager approved it. Used $95 RZ points that I was saving to get it for $314+tax. Should get RZ points for the purchase I think.

I couldn't figure out how I missed it if it was only a week ago but it was on 02-01.
But your price is the price to dream of.

I don't know were the 50 that posted came from. But it is the same as the instant 50 off in store.
See the screen shot/attachment.
