|moraleslos||I just bought this laptop but haven't opened it yet. Would like to know if someone who has this laptop can post their windows experience index scores. Would like to see if this one performs better than my existing 2nd gen i5 laptop and if not, I would probably return this. Thanks.|

|c_nitty||You have to tell them it's not a price match it's a coupon match. The coupon is for any windows 8 laptop.|

im ashamed to answer that question . However id guess that it took about 3 to 4 hours. on maybe 4 different occassions (sum of all 4 times is about 3 to 4). I spoke to the same supervisor twice completely randomly and he remembered me, so he was more helpful on the second occasion. the first time he said he could do nothing without contacting second resolutions. the second time he offered 369.99 and no coupon. I just worked him down to the 340 price with coupon and then convinced him to accept the wrapp giftcode. Currently though i am having issue with the right price going through due to how the notes were put in. I contacted customer service like 4 times after getting the price matched just to fix various issue on the order and am currently being helped by the tax department. They couldn't even get the tax right! I explained it to the rep who is now contacting customer relations for me (end all be all of customer service) and she is trying to get me compensation for my troubles!! Lets make this an even slicker deal!!!
speaking of which how do you like the laptop? Im trying to get a full view on it before i open this thing up

irule9000, you are super . people like you are my role models.
how many times you have to call or chat with cs to get the deal
btw i got this deal too, by going to store & using the coupon

my policy is to not take no for an answer and if you fail try try again. I was able to convince cs to give me the deal online with free shipping using the 75 dollar coupon after it was expired, 5 dollars off with wrapp, and a free 15 dollar box of chocolates for my troubles.moreover i just signed up for a worklife and got my surprise coupon after purchasing, thats a slick deal
