Best Buy Price Matched!! Called/Picked Up!
|02-21-2013 10:01 AM|
When I submitted my support ticket, it took them SIX DAYS to respond to it. 6. 6 farking days. Then, when I provided the relevant information regarding info/model number/etc., it took them another 6 days to respond to that. Then, the kicker of it all was when it finally was resolved, after almost two farking weeks from when it first started, the guy who emailed me and told me that they were sending the replacement part had the audacity to send a survey link in the same email. Are you flipping kidding me? You made me wait 6 days each time to respond and you have the idea to send me a survey? Aw hell naw.

|5thElement||Dont buy this. The mouse wheel spins freely and you never know when the next step is. SO annoying.|

|holyherbiness||I love this mouse, but what i really love is logitech's customer service. my mouse cable got all twisted up due to a manufacturing defect, and i let them know, citing the fact that any moment it could stop working and they sent me a new mouse free! Sweet!|

|Initial_G||x2 on Logitech gaming mice not last past a year or two. I just stopped buying them after a couple tries especially since my cheapie mouse the came with an old pc still works while the more expensive Logitech have connection issues.|

|yahu||^this re: the g700. Also at Fry's for that price...or I had them PM (can't recall). I do love my g700's - one for work and one for home. I don't really notice any lag for FPS or RTS.|

I generally like Logitech products but don't trust their mice. Been using a Razer Lachesis (original) for 2+ years and a 2012 Razer Naga for a few months and both of them are doing fine.

|Joe88||you can get a g9x instead for the same price (you just have to deal with a mw3 emblem on the grip which can be replaced/scratched off) http://www.amazon.com/Logitech-Ga...ywords=g9x|

|Xenomorph||The only gripe I have with my G500 is I do not like the small back button on the side of the mouse. I prefer it to be much larger like the G5. Might pick up a G400 one of these days to try it out. Other than that it's a great mouse.|
