One thing I don't understand is why they would go through the trouble of APPROVING the rebate, just to completely remove it from their system as if it never even existed, when I have both the documentation as well as emails as proof

For one they refunded my credit card, the other they issued tigerdirect credit and the third I actually got the rebate (only after contacting the rebate assurance prog),

Did anyone of you actually receive the rebate if you applied for it?
When I tried to track my submission today it is 100% gone, just for fun I tracked rebates from last year and they all show up fine, but this one is just gone. I can't even do an email search, it finds nothing

|dpham00||Spoke to tiger direct today they said that they would issue a refund because the upc didn't match. Total call time including hold time was 8 minutes. Not bad, considering the horror stories I have heard. We shall see what happens|

|jwkoda||I called TD and explained the UPC issue. They said the rebate center would accept the alternate UPC from the SYX case. I had previously called the rebate center about this and they said that "we have no UPC exceptions on file for this offer". After providing that information and requesting a return shipping label, TD is sending me a $10 TD gift card.|

|Argofx||thanks. so I contacted Tiger Direct using their chat. They could not answer why the package was being sent back other than the package having multiple labels. All they can do is give me a refund so I guess no case for me. Not very happy with TD at the moment :/|

My other shipment show on-time delivery of wednesday...as of now anyway.
If you look at the item # on tigerdirect's website and the first part is "SYX-", you will be getting a SYX badged case (at least according to the phone guy).
Example: Item#: SYX-602103OH
Who is SYX...
"The Systemax North American Technology Products Group, a business unit of Systemax Inc. (NYSE: SYX), which includes the TigerDirect, CompUSA and Circuit City brands.... "
Tigerdirect is under SYX, so are these cooler master cases Systemax bought on closeout and rebadged to sell through tigerdirect

|Argofx||Hi. Has anyone gotten this message from UPS: Multiple tracking numbers were found on this package. / Shipper requested return of package? My case was suppose to arrive on Friday but the UPS guy never came and now it looks like my package is going back to the sender. Maybe Tiger Direct recalled it so that they can send the right case? I noticed a few people posting here indicating that they got a different branded case.|
