I have two of the countertop ovens. Use both nearly every day.
I don't think youKll find a more accurate oven on the market. The one thing worth noting is that it gets HOT. If you've got small children either get the Breville w/ a butcher block top --or go to Target and get the cheap bamboo Caphlon block to shove on this one. It was a fortuitious day when I found that block to fit this oven because I didn't care for the Breville but didn't want to burn the kids.

but if you insist on cooking your food, stainless steel or cast iron (especially if pregnant and/or not a fan of spinach)

The pan is coated with Quantanium. Quantanium is Cuisinart's own brand of anodized aluminum. It contains the same toxic ingredient Polytetrafluoroethylene which is found in Teflon coatings. Also enjoy that Alzheimer's from aluminum toxicity.

2. Anodized aluminum does not leave chemicals in your food. It is aluminum, not teflon. There is no coating of any other material.
3. That pan has excellent reviews on amazon

|dohturdima||I needed a decent food processor after mine crapped out and grabbed the Cuisinart Elite 12-cup for $178 + blade storage unit for $25. Ended up costing a tad over $200 total shipped with the coupon, not amazing but pretty good considering Buydig does not charge tax in NY.|

excellent deal then.
I have some other Cuisinart hard anodized pans and love them, a few I've had for ~10(+?) years. you do have to properly take care of them of course, but they cook quite well and they have fairly good thermal properties as well.

|TinCanFury||is this the 14" pan?|

I have the skillet from the last deal, so I got it for the same price. I have only had it a few months but it works great.
Only thing is make sure to hand wash it and do NOT use oil spray from a can like Pam. The wife ruined another one of my anodized skillets with that stuff. Either use regular oil or nothing at all.
