Very good deal pricewise if you want tp on the softer side.
Problem for our family is that we don't poop the same. The softer tp(charmin, quilted, etc) is prone to finger-thru's, especially if you only use a three fold wipe. (threefold wipe = 2sheets long x 3layers = 6sheets, wipe once on the 2sheet length, then fold inwards, and wipe a 2nd time on the clean part, throw, flush, then shower. Else, finish off with the flushable baby wipes then wipe dry again to prevent that slimy feeling.)
Our Boardwalk officemax deal is running low but we're not buying them again unless we get the same ~$92/4box deal. This 2-ply is a bit on the rougher side but that's not what I dislike the most about them. The weird sheet size is small and makes a 2 sheet long wipe, too short but doable and a 3 sheet long wipe, a real waste of tp. So if you guys are considering AdyM's suggestion, be warned.
The best well-balanced tp has to be Samsclub's POM.
No finger-thru's on a three fold wipe even on the worst of poop days speaks for its strength factor and it doesn't feel rough and dry like the boardwalk. And zero tp rolling like when you use the really soft tp's on lbm days.
But if you want soft for a good price, then the OP's deal is the way to go especially if Amazon doesn't charge you for tax. But don't let the manufacturer's "Soft & Strong" fool you into thinking it's strong. Sure, it'll be stronger than the Ultra Plush, but expect finger-thru's to happen.

AdyM already admitted it wasn't as soft as the TP in OP.
Do you guys want to know a way to get basically free TP?
Go on ebay, buy some empty ink cartridges (I got 300 for $45 after shopping around for a bit), you can trade them in at Staples for $2 per ink cartridge, 10 per month. You can also do this at officemax and officedepot but I dont have any of those near me. Even if you just do staples, thats basically 92.5% off anything at staples, $20 per month, including TP.
