|eddiechi||They offered me a $5 promo credit for my cancelled 6 orders.. I didn't argue and accepted it... after seeing the $20 promo I should have asked for $5 for each order cancelled... lol... btw, the rep told me the reason it was cancelled was because OOS.... lol|

Bummer... they cancelled my order last night . I went to the contact page and had them give me a call and I had a live person on the other end and I explained that it was not my error, but an error in their pricing. It took a few minutes to communicate it properly but once she understood I said since it's your error can you provide me a $20 Gift Card? She said she could not provide a $20 GC but could ask her manager for a $20 promotional certificate (read below). I received this email while I was OTP with her so I was kind enough to click on the "did i solve your problem" link and give her all 5 excellent stars - she was happy and while I'm bumming on not getting this super killer cheap tape, it resulted in $20 I can use with my Prime membership. Please make sure to give them 5 stars on their survey so they always feel inclined to give us cash when they do mess up on their end!

Totally wrong.....i have UPS tracking showing 21lbs.....unless you figure its one heavy roll.....
