I mentioned alcohol (mixed with distilled) as a supplement. For example if there is any oil or fingerprints on the LCD and you use the wipe right out of the box (dry) it may "smear" but if you use the 50 / 50 mix it will wipe the fingerprint / oil smear right off. that works as good (if not better) then an electronics wet wipe.
For laptops I have a very fine mist bottle I use, I spray the laptop LCD with the 50 / 50 mix (dont use so much liquid that it beads up and gets beneath the LCD frame, just spray so you see little mist droplets on the screen). Then I use a few of the kimwipes and it comes out perfect. No dust, no oil, and no scratches. Just be sure as you wipe it, you rotate the kimwipe so you dont smear any dust particles into the LCD which may make a scratch.
The wipes are much better then even microfiber cloths because on a microfiber cloth if you have a single sharp particle imbeeded in the cloth, you can potentially scratch the screen. With the wipes since they are single use, you got a much lower chance of making a scratch.

something you may want to check out- http://www.bjs.com/kimberly-clark...920?dim
2.99 and it has 280 per box. That is nearly one penny per wipe. Ships free too. They are very thin so if you clean a laptop screen for example you may end up using 2 or 3 wipes but I have been using them for years and will never go back to the pre moistened wipes.
For a cleaning solution mix 91% isopropyl alcohol / distilled water (50 / 50 mix). I put the solution in a spray bottle and it works better then anything I have ever usd before.
